hello@example.com

There is no contact form, deliberately. A form would mean collecting your details into a database, and this site is built to hold as little about you as possible — an email reaches us the same way without any of that.

What to write about

A wrong identification

The most useful thing you can send. Tell us what the plant actually is, and what the tool said instead. Corrections from people who know the species are how the weak spots get found.

A correction to a page

If something written here is wrong, out of date, or misleading, say so. Include the page and what should change.

Privacy

Questions about what happens to uploaded photos, or a request relating to your data.

Anything else

Press, partnerships, or a question that does not fit the boxes above.

Before you write about a sick plant

We cannot diagnose individual plants by email — there is no horticulturist on call, and an emailed photo gets no better answer than the problem checker gives you instantly.

For a plant that genuinely matters to you, a local nursery or a university extension service will beat any website, including this one. They can look at the roots.

If an animal has eaten something

Do not wait for an email reply, and do not rely on a photo match. Contact a veterinarian or an animal poison control line immediately. Time matters more than identification.
